INTRODUCTION

Volt is an intentional dating platform designed to replace endless swiping with a slower, more focused matching experience. Instead of a high-volume feed, it pairs users with a single compatible match per day alongside a shared prompt to encourage deeper connections. The app emphasizes safety and intent by using phone verification and matching based on core values and relationship goals rather than superficial browsing.

MY ROLE

I led product design and assisted with product research to shape a calmer, intent-driven user experience for Volt. By gathering user insights on dating fatigue, I translated research into intuitive UI flows such as single-match introductions and contextual prompt systems to encourage meaningful connection.
